Are You Covered?
Yes! Most treatments are covered by major insurance plans. The staff at Circulatory Centers make every effort to simplify all billing and insurance claim procedures. In most cases, treatments performed by Circulatory Centers are considered a medical necessity, and are covered under most medical insurance plans! Our office personnel will gladly review all insurance forms, verify the completeness and accuracy of all medical information, and then submit the claims to the insurance carrier for payment to relieve patients of this cumbersome, often confusing paperwork.

Payment Methods
Depending on your health plan, you may have to pay toward an unmet deductible or for coinsurance during your treatments. In these cases, or if you don’t have insurance coverage, we offer a couple of payment options. Our practice accepts American Express, Visa, and Mastercard.
We will also allow you to make payments over the course of your treatments and for larger balances due, we offer CareCredit. CareCredit works just like a credit card but better. It is exclusive for healthcare service providers. To learn more, click here.
No Cash Payments: As of Monday, February 1, 2010 Circulatory Centers will no longer accept cash payments from patients. Patients can pay with checks, money orders or by credit cards. Patient Records
Permanent computerized patient records are maintained at our central office in Youngstown, Ohio, but are accessible through each of our satellite offices. Should questions about scheduling, billing or claims history arise, these records are instantly accessible through our toll-free phone line 1-800-526-3082.
